    We are happy to accept exchanges so don’t panic. We understand when the fit isn’t right sometimes.

    At iLORM, we’re happy to accept exchanges on any artwear or garment unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 14 days of receipt by you.

    It is important to note that exchange shipping costs are not covered by iLORM when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

    HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE

    1. Complete the Exchange /Return Request Form.

    2. You will receive an email with an address label for Return/Exchange.

    3. Please use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow on delivery.

    Please note we don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. Please note that all items must be returned with the iLORM tag intact. If we receive your return and the tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return or exchange.

    3. Please use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return

    Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

    Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

    Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks.
