Products in the Outlet Collection marked as "Sale" can not be returned for a refund to payment method, however they are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc.

We are happy to accept returns, please note that we accept returns of orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.
